The staff there named me Winky because they noticed I didn't have any upper eyelids, which is very sad and meant that fur rubbed on my eyes all the time. Lucky for me the shelter vet there helped me find cares4pets and they did 2 special surgeries to fix my eyelids! Now I can see better than ever and even more important my eyes don't hurt. I live in a foster home with other kitties that I love and even some dogs that don't bother me at all. I'm super sweet and affectionate, I love to sleep in my foster mom's lap while she watches TV. I am house trained and neutered. I adjust to new environments and people easily because I've moved a lot during my life with a prior owner. My favorite things to do are eat (both meals and snacks), curl up and sleep in cozy, soft places and look outdoors from a door or window. I am an indoor cat only... I am a very curious cat. I like to tell you what's on my mind when I want something or something is bothering me. Depending on my mood, I will play with my toys. But, when I get into a hyper mood, I will chase the light projected from a flash light. I am also loyal, sweet, a good companion to my owner and good natured. I take one pill daily for IBD (but if you hide it in cheese I won't give you a hard time about taking it). I also take liquid medicine mixed in my meals (soft food) twice daily.
